Signing up for your new Family Access account:


The first step in signing up for Family Access is to complete a simple form and turn it in at either the Elementary School or Jr. Sr. High School office.  The form may be obtained from either office or downloaded from the link below.  You will only need to submit one form, even if you have students at both buildings.  One account will allow you to monitor all your students.

To sign up for an account, you must be a legal parent or guardian, and you must have a valid E-Mail address.

Once your account has been created, you will receive an E-Mail message with your Login Username and Password.

Note that each parent or guardian may have their own account, or they may use one account and share it.  If separate accounts are desired, then an application form will need to be submitted for each account.


Notes about your Username and Password

Each person's Username will follow a default pattern consisting of A) the first five letters of their last name, followed by B) the first three letters of their first name, followed by C) a three digit number, usually 000 or 001.

Example:

A person with the name Robert Williams would have the Username of    WILLIROB000.
If his wife was Robin Williams, her Username would be   WILLIROB001.

Password Information:

Note:  To protect your student's information, all transmissions are scrambled using secure transmissions and 128 bit encryption.  Also, never give out your login password.  USD 273 will never send communications requesting your password.
