Mrs. Tiernan graduated with Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and
Elementary Education. She has also earned her Masters Degree in Curriculum
and Instruction. She began her teaching career in 1979 and has taught
combination classrooms as well as single classrooms covering grades 3 through 6.
Mrs. Tiernan has taught in Beloit since 1986 in the 4th grade.
