American Studies: The 1930's - The University of Virginia hosts this site on the 1930's Infoplease Almanac - Includes a "Year by Year Chronology: 1900 - 2008, a "This Day in History" section, biographical information on more than 30,000 people, etc. HistoryNet - Contains daily features, photo galleries and over 5,000 articles originally published in HistoryNet's various magazines, covering almost every period of history.
