Rural Voices Scholarship Contest:
The 2025-2026 Rural Voices Scholarship Contest is now open for high school seniors in North Central Kansas!
Seniors from a12-county region — Clay, Cloud, Dickinson, Ellsworth, Jewell, Lincoln, Marshall, Mitchell, Ottawa, Republic, Saline, and Washington — are invited to submit either an essay or short video based on the theme “Rural Kansas…Tomorrow’s Possibilities.”
The top two entries will each receive a $1,000 award and be featured on the NCRPC website. This is a great opportunity to earn scholarship funds for college or money to help with expenses for starting a career, such as tools, equipment, or other essentials.
