North Central Regional Planning Commission Rural Voices Youth Contest:
Students may enter by submitting either a written essay or a short video based on this year's contest theme of "Rural Kansas....My Community."
The top entry in each category will be recognized with the John R. Cyr Rural Voices award, receive a cash award of $850, and have their entry published on the NCRPC website.
