North Central Regional Planning Commission "Rural Voices" Scholarship Contest:

To enter, high school seniors in North Central Kansas may submit an essay or short video based on this year's contest theme - "Rural Kansas...Working Together."  The top two entries will receive a cash award of $1,000 and be published on the NCRPC website. This scholarship contest is not tied to any specific postsecondary plans.

Deadline:  February 1, 2023
