Kansas Promise Act Scholarship:
The Kansas Promise Act Scholarship was enacted to assist students receiving an associate's degree or certificate in certain high wage, critical need occupations in Kansas. This service scholarship is available for students attending two-year community and technical colleges, or certain four-year institutions that offer two-year degrees, in the state of Kansas. In exchange for the scholarship, students agree to graduate from their program within 36 months and begin living and working in the state of Kansas for two consecutive years.
