Hagan Scholarship Opportunities
Hagan Scholarship Information (we've had a Hagan Scholar at Beloit High School; she earned $40,000 through this program!):
1. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
2. Must attend an Eligible Public High School - Beloit High School is an eligible public high school
3. Must have achieved a 3.50 Cumulative Grade Point Average.
4. Must be in the top 20% of the high school graduating class. Must be confirmed by the high school counselor.
5. Must enroll at an Eligible Four-Year College or University the first semester following high school graduation.
6. Must maintain a four year or less graduation schedule in college.
7. Must work 240 hours during the twelve months prior to fall semester college enrollment. Employment must be regularly scheduled work performed under supervision for compensation.
8. Applicant’s Household Income reported for Federal Income Tax Purposes must not exceed $85,000.
9. Must provide a complete copy of the FAFSA SAR showing the EFC.
10. Must apply for Federal and State grants if eligible.
11. Must not have a felony conviction.
